Group Therapy

Group therapy typically consists of 6-10 individuals who are working through a common problem or experience. Various groups will be offered throughout the year. To join a group, each interested participant will go through a screening process to make sure the group is the right fit. Groups typically meet once a week for up to an hour and a half in a designated location. Future group topics could include a focus on mindfulness, parenting, boundaries, stress management, anxiety, or depression.
